Message	future but I will never ever try to do another plenum. The nastiest thing about it was all the aluminum dust when doing the initial sanding. I've got some hard pipes that I got from autojet back in the day. I think instead of polishing those I will play around with some powdercoat options. Have a place close that does very good work and they have turned out some awesome looking chrome powdercoat. And if I don't like it, I just strip it off and try again :)
